From the actual showflat, we see that the living space was done really well to expand the walking spaces. With the seamless walk way connecting to the living room and the balcony, it gives the impression that the layout is bigger and wider. We like the Poggenpohl concealed pantry and storage cabinets as well, as it adds a touch of luxury that makes all the difference in the furnitures. While the floor is carpeted here, under it would be the luxurious 600 x 600mm marble tiles, which really brightens up the space as well.
When we take a look at the kitchen, we really like the counter and that doubles up as the basin area and counter top for a bar at home situation. The Poggenpohl kitchen really elevates the kitchen area with the muted colours that exude elegance. When it comes to the 2 bedroom review, we notice that the walkway has a greater space for the stunning Poggenpohl concealed pantry and storage cabinets as well, as it adds a touch of luxury that makes all the difference in the furniture. The floor here features a gorgeous 600 x 600m marble tiles as well.
We especially love the balcony area here, which is big enough to accommodate chairs and tables for a leisurely afternoon spent here. The view is greater too, unobstructed across the grasslands ahead.
Moving into the living room, we see how there is amble space for an elongated sofa, along with other furniture pieces as well. The seamless transition from dining to living room makes the area look large and spacious.
The dining table could sit 6 individuals easily, making it convenient for those that likes to host get-togethers with friends or festival gatherings.
The kitchen is also much more spacious – again, the Poggenpohl kitchen really elevates the kitchen area with the muted colours that exude elegance. There are not much changes to the bathroom as compared to the 1 bedroom unit, but we like how the extra space allocated makes all the difference. With greater bathing space and walkway, the bathroom looks luxurious and elegant. The marbled walls and tiles matches well with the luxurious Italian Messi sanitary fittings, along with the high quality Duravit sensowash WC.
The master bedroom is now able to accommodate a dressing table, and the window walls makes the room look much more expansive and spacious.
Unit Analysis: 3 bedroom Review
When it comes to the 3 bedroom unit, we notice that the large 1,507 sq ft makes it able to accommodate numerous features and layout plans.
