1. HDB SELLER'S EDITION

Seller must log in to your HDB Resale Portal and register for the Intent To Sell. 
Find potential Buyer and issue OTP after receiving Option Fee of up to $1,000.

 
OTP has to be issued 7 days after Intent To Sell is done
Buyer will exercise the OTP by signing on the OTP acceptance portion, and pay the exercise fee of up to S4,000 to the Seller.
 
Buyer has to exercise within 21 days from OTP Date. 
Both Buyer and Seller must submit the resale application to HDB resale portal, within 7 days of both parties. 

Submission date will be determined by both parties. 
Both Seller & Buyer must log in to their HDB Resale Portal to acknowledge the documents online. 
Seller will handover the keys & prepare other documents for completion. 

Lastly, Seller will receive the cashier order of the sales proceeds (if any) and CPF will be refunded to the individual OA within 14 working days after completion. 

2. HDB BUYER'S EDITION

Buyer must log in to your HDB Resale Portal and register for the Intent To Buy and Apply for Home Loan Eligibility (HLE) if you plan to take a HDB Loan. 
Source for a suitable unit and pay the Seller an Option Fee of up to $1,000 and receive the signed OTP. 
Apply for valuation on HDB within the next working day.
 
Once valuation is out and Buyer decides to proceed, he/she will 1) apply for Bank Loan to obtain the Letter Of Offer.
 
2) Buyer will have to engage a law firm to represent them as well. 
Exercise the OTP by signing on the accpetance option and pay the Seller the exercise fee of up to $4,000. 

Buyer has to exercise within 21 days from OTP Date. 
Both Buyer and Seller must submit the resale application to HDB resale portal, within 7 days of both parties. 

Submission date will be determined by both parties. 
Both Seller & Buyer must log in to their HDB Resale Portal to acknowledge the documents online. 
Buyer will prepare the balance payment of the flat and will collect the keys!
